Confidence-Building Care Packages for Girls

Every girl will be reminded that she is seen, valued, and supported when she attends an Uplifting Our Girls (UOG) workshop. This is why UOG has developed Confidence Kits.

These are care packages designed to boost confidence and meet girls where they are, brightening their journey through adolescence.

Confidence Kits extend the influence of our workshops into everyday life. This ensures that every girl receives the affirmation and care she deserves.

Each Confidence Kit may include:

  • Practical essentials like a properly fitted bra, menstrual products, and hygiene supplies

  • Confidence tools such as affirmation cards, self-care tips, and a mini journal

  • Family resources with conversation starters and culturally affirming caregiver guidance

  • Surprise items that add a little joy and sparkle to her day

We are currently exploring many options to share Confidence Kits. No matter who you are, or where you’re from; our goal is simple.

We want to give girls a tangible reminder that confidence and dignity belong to them.
