Welcome to Uplifting Our Girls! We are excited to have you join our community of dedicated volunteers who are committed to empowering girls ages 9–17 with culturally responsive education on bra fitting, menstrual health, hygiene, and self-confidence.

During this orientation, you will learn about our mission, programs, volunteer expectations, community impact, and the important role you play in helping us create meaningful opportunities for girls. We will also review volunteer policies, event procedures, communication guidelines, and ways to get involved throughout the year.

Your time, talents, and passion help us inspire confidence, foster leadership, and uplift the next generation. Together, we are creating a supportive community where every girl feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Come see Uplifting Our Girls at the Jack & Jill Teen Symposium at Morehouse College for a one-day experience featuring menstrual health and hygiene resources, confidence-building materials, and volunteer sign-ups supporting empowered, informed young women.
