Kim Schofield
Founder & Executive Director

Kim Schofield is a Georgia State Representative and a lifelong supporter of women and families. She founded Uplifting Our Girls to create safe, welcoming spaces where girls ages 9 to 17 can learn about bra fitting, menstrual health, hygiene, and self-confidence with respect and cultural understanding.

With strong ties to her community and a history of advocating for policy changes, Kim brings both passion and knowledge to leading UOG’s mission. She believes that every girl should grow up feeling recognized, supported, and celebrated.

Celena Stewart
Director of Operations

Celena is the Director of Operations at Uplifting Our Girls. She brings strong organizational skills and a passion for youth empowerment to every aspect of our work. She manages daily operations, supports workshop logistics, and ensures our programs run smoothly and effectively.

With a background in community engagement and nonprofit coordination, Celena is dedicated to building systems that make UOG’s mission sustainable and impactful. Her commitment helps turn vision into action, making sure that every workshop, kit, and resource truly uplifts our girls.
