    Our half-day workshops connect girls and their families for an empowering experience. They include professional bra fitting education, menstrual health information, and activities that build confidence. Each workshop concludes with girls receiving a Confidence Kit filled with essentials.

    We know parents are their daughter’s first teachers. Through toolkits and guided sessions, we help parents, especially fathers and caregivers, navigate sensitive conversations with compassion and confidence.

  • Confidence Kits

    Every girl deserves the basics that show her value. Our Confidence Kits contain well-fitting bras, menstrual products, hygiene items, affirmations, and educational tools. We distribute these kits at workshops and other UOG-related events.

  • Youth Ambassadors

    Confidence is contagious. Our Youth Ambassador program helps girls share their stories, inspire their peers, and lead with kindness in their schools and communities.
