Uplift & Flow Workshops

Our signature Uplift & Flow Workshops are immersive, half-day experiences designed to educate and empower.

Each workshop brings together 50 girls and their families for:

  • Professional Bra Fitting Education – Girls learn how to choose bras that fit properly and comfortably, while parents gain guidance on supporting their daughters.

  • Menstrual Health & Hygiene Literacy – Honest, age-appropriate education removes stigma and gives girls and caregivers confidence to handle body changes.

  • Family Conversations – Mothers, fathers, and grandparents join in guided sessions to learn how to talk openly about health, hygiene, and self-esteem.

  • Uplift & Flow Boxes – Every girl leaves with new bras, hygiene products, affirmations, and practical tools to continue her confidence journey at home.

Workshops are hosted in Georgia and across the U.S., with opportunities for global reach through special partnerships. Each event creates a ripple effect of knowledge, dignity, and intergenerational change
