Uplifting Our Girls is Here.

Today, we are excited to launch Uplifting Our Girls (UOG).

Our mission is straightforward: we help girls ages 9 to 17 with education on bra fitting, menstrual health, hygiene, and self-confidence. But this work means more than just sharing information. It’s about breaking the silence. For too long, generations of girls were told to “figure it out.” Many grew up without open discussions about puberty, body changes, or self-worth. It’s about replacing confusion with confidence, shame with knowledge, and isolation in schools and our communities.

At UOG, we want every girl to feel seen, prepared, and proud of the natural process of growing. The launch of Uplifting Our Girls is not just the start of a program. It's a commitment to our girls, their families, and our community. We will show up, remain engaged, and do the work needed to create brighter futures.
