Confidence - Building Care Packages for Girls

Every girl deserves a reminder that she is seen, valued, and supported, whether she makes it to a workshop or not. That’s why Uplifting Our Girls is developing Uplift & Flow Boxes. These are care packages designed to boost confidence and meet girls where they are, brightening their journey through adolescence.

Uplift & Flow Boxes extend the influence of our workshops into everyday life. Some boxes are given to girls at workshops, while others are shared through schools, community partners, or delivered right to her doorstep. This ensures that every girl receives the affirmation and care she deserves.

Each Uplift & Flow Box may include:

  • Practical essentials like a properly fitted bra, menstrual products, and hygiene supplies

  • Confidence tools such as affirmation cards, self-care tips, and a mini journal

  • Family resources with conversation starters and culturally affirming caregiver guidance

  • Surprise items that add a little joy and sparkle to her day

We are currently exploring the best ways to share Uplift & Flow Boxes, whether through a quarterly subscription, school distribution, or partnerships with local organizations. No matter how they arrive, our goal is simple. We want to give girls a tangible reminder that confidence and dignity belong to them.
